About this project

We were thrilled to provide full marketing and creative support for Omega & Alpha, a special oratorio concert written by Martin Emslie and held locally, featuring star performer Jonathan Ansell.

This was a wide-ranging project that covered a lot of our core services, including branding, design, digital, PR, and event management.

Design & Artwork
We created a full suite of branded materials to promote the concert and enhance the event experience. This included table throws, roller banners, programmes, venue posters, and digital screen artworks displayed at the venue. Each piece was designed to tie together seamlessly, using consistent fonts, colour palettes and imagery for a cohesive event identity.

Web & Digital
To support ticket sales and event awareness, we built a dedicated web page with full event details, performer information and ticket links. The page was designed to be visually engaging and easy to navigate, making it simple for visitors to find everything they needed.

PR & Advertising
We created press artwork and digital advertisements, ensuring the event reached both local audiences and relevant online communities.

VIP Invitations & Communication
We managed VIP outreach by producing personalised printed letter invitations and follow-up emails to a curated list of guests. This helped to build anticipation and strengthen relationships with key attendees.

Merchandise & Branding
To mark the concert’s anniversary, we designed a special-edition logo which was featured on branded clothing, adding a lasting, collectible element to the celebration.

Venue Coordination
We liaised directly with the venue to coordinate all required assets, ensuring artwork, printed materials and digital displays were delivered on time, correctly formatted, and ready for installation.

The result was a cohesive campaign that tied every aspect of the event together - from early promotion through to the night of the performance.
