We were asked to design and print these safeguarding guides for our client which they could provide to their network, containing a branded folder and 78 A4 branded pages plus 7 x tabbed dividers leaves (12mm tab) inserts. After completing the rebranding for the pages to go inside these folders, we suggested that our client had tabbed inserts to help split out the different sections within the guide due to the number of pages there were.

After providing different pricing options, our client chose the option they were happy to have.

We designed and laid out the inserts with the tabbed dividers, ensuring all the pages sat correctly in line with the tabs. We also provided a couple of design options for the bespoke folders which would be holding these guides.

Then, we provided a test print sample to our client to ensure they were happy. This same process was also carried out for the folder. Once approved, we had these printed, with individual folders sent to each nursery within the network across multiple locations and the remaining ones were sent to HQ for storage.
