The Vale Federation of schools were attending several different events with a display stand in an attempt to drive applications for positions they were recruiting for across their two schools and internally. They needed to have some eye-catching materials to effectively display who they were, what they offered and the different positions they had available. They also needed to be items they could reuse.

We were asked to quote and design for some roller banners, a table throw, pens and leaflets, as well as complete designs for other documentations like their career prospectus and candidate packs. We also supported their recruitment processes elsewhere, with Twitter Ads, web updates, postings to live job boards and with artworks for billboards and advertising screens in their local area.

Once The Vale Federation had approved the quotes for print for the merchandise required, we completed the designs for each, sharing with them for feedback. After making some final minor tweaks, these were approved to go to print.

They have attended several different recruitment events, as well as had displays in local shopping centres utilising the materials.
