PROMISEworks is a local charity making a big difference in Somerset by offering mentoring services to disadvantaged children and young people across the county. Their mentoring services are aimed at young people between the ages of 5 and 25 who are experiencing difficulties at home or with education and training. We were asked to help design and print some materials for them to help promote a new service they were offering to the Somerset Coast.

Our client needed new volunteer mentors to sign up from this area to help cater for the demand for mentors in this area for vulnerable young people.

As part of this expansion, they had hired a new area coordinator for this area, which meant they required new business cards. We designed these with a map of the new area on the front side to help promote the areas where they were looking for new mentors. Other materials we designed and printed were some leaflets and roller banners. These leaflets were double-sided, promoting the new area on one side and containing a message about donating to the charity on the reverse. Again, both of these materials contained an image of the map of the area, keeping a consistent theme and look across the materials.

Alongside the materials, we also helped promote this area on their social media channels, which is an area we help manage for them on a weekly basis, posting x3 posts a week. All materials were delivered to our client ready to use at their events to promote their expansion.
